Part III: Online Investigation

My family and I are planning to travel to Madrid, Spain. This trip will last one week. We want to go because we love to learn many things that characterize this city. A hotel in which we would love to stay is the Hotel Ritz. This hotel has the following characteristics:

FIVE-STAR HOTEL:

- ROOMS & SUITES:

The rugs in different colors and motifs of each of the six floors of the Ritz, giving access to the 137 rooms and 30 suites individually decorated and feature fine antiques and exquisite works of art, that make them unique.
Flax linen embroidered rugs exclusive hand woven, marble bathrooms with gold fixtures, with toilet and shower, telephone, fax, high speed Internet access, electronic safe, minibar, room service 24 hours a day and many more details that make the Ritz an exclusive hotel that makes the difference.
All suites have an elegant living room with balcony, from which you can admire the splendid views of the garden of the Hotel and the Plaza of Allegiance.

-THE RITZ-LA BOUTIQUE: 

This hotel has a boutique luxury items that have nothing to envy to the flagship stores in Spain.
Fashion, footwear, watches, jewelry ... The best of the best.

-Goya restaurant:

This restaurant offers the best of traditional Spanish cuisine and international specialties in a comfortable and welcoming. Knotted carpet crafted covers completely, the living room floor, and two seventeenth-century tapestries, adorn the walls. Opposite, an impressive arched glass door provides access to the beautiful terrace and gardens.

Advantages:
- In this hotel we have excellent food.
- If we want to buy clothes, we do not have to leave because the hotel has a great boutique.
- The rooms are comfortable.

Disadvantages:
- This hotel is very, very expensive.
- If we do not have enough resources, we can not afford it.
- The hotel is far from the places that we want to know.

ANOTHER BUDGET HOTEL IN WHICH WE MAY STAY IS:

Hostal Rivera - Madrid:

 

All rooms have TV, heating and air conditioning.
In the center of Madrid, 10 minutes walk from the Puerta Del Sol, Atocha station and the Prado Museum.
Situated on the first and second floor of IXX century building (no lift), the hostel is completely renovated.
24 hour access.
At 50 meters from the Antón Martín metro station.

This hotel is very modest and simple with basic amenities. Has 7 double rooms with shared bathroom. The great pressures made it a good option for tourists on a budget.

The rooms are, for example as follows:

Advantages:
- if we paid this hotel, we will save a lot.
- We will be located in the center of Madrid.
- We may see a very interesting museum that is within walking distance.

Disadvantages:
- This hotel does not have a right to get restaurants we can eat.
- This can be very unsafe for my family because of the ease of access that people have.

FINALLY: The advantages of the most expensive hotel of cheaper compared are very clear, the first has a more personalized attention and has everything at hand, while the second only has the basics to sleep alone, even we have to go searching our food.

The first hotel's disadvantage is that it is very expensive, and we would have little money to buy other things, and the second hotel we could use the rest of the money to go elsewhere.
